• What can’t I put in the container?

By law, we cannot accept any toxic/hazardous waste like paint, herbicides, pesticides, asbestos, chemicals, oil, tires, fuels or appliances with freon.

  • Can I fill the container to the top?

All materials must be inside the container, nothing over the top of the container. By law and because we are good neighbors who don't want to crack your windshield, we tarp each load for transport. Heavy materials such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick and asphalt should not fill the container over 24 inches from the bottom. All materials that exceed the top of the container must be removed. We cannot pick up a container that is over full. You will be responsible for removing excess and a return trip fee will be charged to return and pick-up container.

  • Can I move the container?

No! We will do our best to place your container in a convenient and safe space. You may not move the container. Moving containers can cause damage to the underside. If damage occurs, you are responsible for the cost of repair. We do expect normal wear and tear.

  • How do I pay for the container?

We accept all major credit cards, local checks and of course...cash (and gold coins).

  • Is there a weight limit?

Yes. 11 and 18 yard containers have a weight limit of 10,000 pounds. The weight limit for 30 yard containers is 20,000 lbs. Please call if you plan to load more weight than is listed here. If you are loading heavy material such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, shingles, asphalt we suggest you contact us for instructions on loading. Tonage fees may apply.

  • How long can I keep the container?

You may keep the dumpster as long as you want for an additional daily charge.

  • Will the container be picked-up automatically?

No! Please call and schedule a pick up day and time or schedule your pick up when we drop off your container. Please give us a 24 hour notice if your pick-up is not scheduled or has changed.

  • What about damage to the container?

As a renter you are responsible for the contents of the container and any damage (other than normal wear and tear) that occurs to our containers while on your site.
